In Cold Blood

The brief was for a cover design which transgresses boundaries in the same way that the book did. It should be bold, maybe even shocking, yet remain true to the book, reflecting both its literary merit and its spine-tingling content.

The design symbolizes what really lies underneath the American Dream. Layers of drama, gloom, obsession, frustration and tragedy. Through this design you can see the link between the main characters of the story, killers and victims. Additionally, you can see the way in which the killings occurred – shootings, slitting throats, as well as Capote’s obsession and tiredness – notes, observations, articles from newspapers, stains.

The Good Life 2.0

The concept behind this project is to find an alternative to implement physical exercise among people who are 45+, with the aim to prevent heart diseases. I chose this design for the app as the element of originality resided in the idea of finding a workout partner with the help of the virtual world and transferring the actual experience to the real world.

Minimalistic, clean, easy to interpret by the target audience to whom it is adressed. The end line is chosen to inspire, while also creating a first impression of friendliness and trust.

Corporate Brand Book

This project is part of an advertising campaign for the extension of a well-known brand: Lyndt. The aim was to create a Brand Book, a detailed manual for brand application and usage.

This Brand Book is not only an example of true creativity, but it is also completely ‘on-brand’, illustrating the brand experience through its format and its content. Visually, the Brand Book keeps the line of the main brand, Lindt. The style is a combination of modern and vintage elements – the elegance of a brand with a long history anchored in modern reality.

The Clockmaker

The idea behind this design is to celebrate the life’s work of a crafts person. To tell their story through their words. To interpret and present a publication based on a craft from the maker’s perspective.

By and large, this publication contains the life story of a clockmaker from Romania and the story of one of the watches he has come across during his lifelong work. Beyond these stories, however, my attempt was to bring an homage to this profession and to call for possible solutions for the perpetuation and preservation of this trade.
